Backlight Bleed Detection
Dim your room lights completely. Look along the edges and corners of your screen. If light spills inward unevenly from the frame, your panel exhibits backlight bleed.
Stuck Pixel Spotting
Stuck subpixels stay lit even when instructed to show black. On a black screen, stuck subpixels jump out as tiny red, green, blue, or white specks.
OLED True Black Verification
On OLED and QD-OLED displays, a black screen shuts down individual pixels entirely (0.000 nits), creating infinite contrast with zero glow.
